Ravive confirms eligibility, prepares the 3D plan and assigns Mild, Moderate or Complex.

3. Sign in and buy the assigned plan
Ravive assigns your category and sends a unique one-use €49 code for the approved aligner plan.

How the €49 starting fee is deducted from your plan
Credit is issued only after the records are accepted, eligibility is confirmed and a category is assigned.

Review and category confirmation
After review, eligible customers receive their 3D plan and confirmed Mild, Moderate or Complex category.
Your €49 becomes credit
The fee you paid is issued as credit after eligibility confirmation. Contact support if it has not appeared.
Apply credit at checkout
Buy the assigned plan using the same email and enter the personal one-use €49 code at checkout.

Is the free assessment the same as eligibility approval?
No. The assessment starts a conversation; paid dental records and review are still required before eligibility and category confirmation.
Do I need a password account?
No. Guest checkout is supported. Use the same email for the starting-record order and the aligner-plan order.
How does the deduction appear?
Ravive sends a unique one-use code restricted to your customer email and approved plan. Enter it at checkout; the €49 deduction is shown before payment.
What happens after treatment?
Two retainers are included with the approved plan and should be used as directed to help maintain the achieved position.
