Review and category confirmation
After review, eligible customers receive their 3D plan and confirmed Mild, Moderate or Complex category.
Your €49 becomes credit
The fee you paid is issued as credit after eligibility confirmation. Contact support if it has not appeared.
Apply credit at checkout
Buy the assigned plan with the same email and enter the personal one-use €49 code at checkout.

Before you pay

Do I need to create an account before the first purchase?
No. You can checkout as a guest. You must use the same email used for the Impression Kit or Digital Scan so Shopify can validate the personal discount code.
Where will I see the deduction?
The cart shows the full plan subtotal. Enter the unique code sent by Ravive in Shopify Checkout. The €49 deduction appears before payment and in the final order.
Can I buy a different category?
No. Ravive gives your account access only to the Mild, Moderate or Complex plan confirmed from your verified records and 3D treatment plan. Contact the team if the wrong plan appears.
Are retainers and whitening included?
Two retainers are included in every approved treatment plan. Teeth whitening is optional and sold separately for €89.
