Wash your hands, read the full guide, identify the trays and organise the materials before mixing.
Test tray fit
Confirm the tray covers the required teeth comfortably without using impression material.
Mix and load
Combine the material for the instructed time and place it evenly into the tray.
Seat and hold still
Position the tray as instructed and avoid moving it until the material has set.
Check the impression
Confirm that the full tooth shapes and gum margins are visible before repeating for the other arch.
Photograph and return
If requested, send clear photos for review before packing the accepted impressions for return.

After the returned impressions are reviewed and your case category is assigned, Ravive sends a unique one-use code that deducts the €49 Impression Kit fee from the approved plan at checkout.

Do not return an unclear record if support or a photo review is available. Follow the instructions for repeating the impression.

When is the €49 kit price deducted?
After review and case assignment, Ravive sends a unique one-use code for the approved plan. Enter it at checkout using the same email to deduct the €49 Impression Kit fee.
Can I buy Mild, Moderate or Complex immediately?
No. First complete the record step. Ravive prepares the 3D plan and unlocks only the category assigned to your account. Two retainers are included with that plan.
